This vine has 11 discs, 8 different artists, some are SDB, most are audience recordings, some are collaborators with members of the Grateful Dead, and one is a mystic who was admired by the band (and received a dedication of 'He's Gone' at one of the Dead's shows.)Each of these shows are already in circulation and as usual, I encourage everyone to buy these artist's studio & live music. With me now and been here a while. Sent PM to 'grateful-ted' on the 15th Sept with no response, only 10 days I know, but I note that the US vine has stalled a while back with interest still being shown. Just flagging this up should grateful-ted be visiting but not signed in and to suggest a fresh route for this vine. If I don't hear in the next week or so I'll contact 'reedchris' and kickstart the US vine. Kickstart! Who's dog was called kickstart? Answers on a post card. Bye for now, Greg

All together makes a parcel size pack which may require customs declarations etc. Maybe 3 lots of 2 A+B; C+D; E+F or one by one? Also Bob, how does the '73 material match with what is doing the rounds on Eurotraders? Standing by!

USTO EUROVINE D: WINTERLAND 16-20 OCTOBER 1974 2 DVDs. One more thanks to Richard who introduces it thus: Hello friends, Today I offer up another vine I hope you all will enjoy. This is a five night stand at Winterland in 1974. It is my understanding that these shows provided the tracks for the live album “Steal Your Face.” With that in mind, let me say this - I already own 'Steal Your Face', both on vinyl and on CD. IMHO, it would show appropriate support for a band that is so generous with their copyrighted material for parties interested in these shows to buy/already own a copy of 'Steal Your Face' as well. 10-16-74 Winterland Arena, San Francisco, Ca. (Wed) 1: Bertha, Jack Straw, Deal, Mexicali, Roses, BIODTL, Scarlet, Bobby McGee, Tennessee Jed, Cumberland, Row Jimmy, Playin 2: Phil & Ned> Space> Wharf Rat> Space> Eyes, Big River, Ship Of Fools, Truckin> GDTRFB> Uncle John, Johnny B. Goode E: U. S. Blues Bob Weir's 27th birthday - birthday celebration before the encore The first two and half songs of set 1 are patched from an alternate source. Just hang in with it, the sound quality improves dramatically half way through Deal. 10-17-74 Winterland Arena, San Francisco, Ca. (Thu) 1: Promised, Half Step, B. T. Wind, FOTD, Jack Straw, Loser, El Paso, China Cat> I Know You Rider, Me & My Uncle, Roses, WRS Prelude> WRS Part 1> Let It Grow 1.5: Phil & Ned 2: Scarlet, Big River, Ramble On, Mexicali, He's Gone> Other One> Spanish Jam> Mind Left Body Jam> Other One> Stella Blue, Sugar Magnolia E: Casey Jones, U. S. Blues "Casey Jones" appears on "Steal Your Face" 10-18-74 Winterland Arena, San Francisco, Ca. (Fri) 1: Around, Sugaree, Mexicali, Peggy-O, BIODTL, B. E. Women, Cumberland, El Paso, Tennessee Jed, Jack Straw, Row Jimmy, WRS Prelude> WRS Part 1> Let It Grow 2: Phil & Ned> Jam> Dark Star> Morning Dew 3: Promised> Bertha> Greatest, Ship Of Fools, NFA> GDTRFB> Saturday Night E: U. S. welcome back Tigerlilly. Hope you had a good trip. Any sign of that Eurovine 1 1972 yet, or has that slow old donkey not completed its journey from the Sierra Nevada to Seville yet?

Circulating tapes all cut at the very beginning of New Potato Caboose and splice into the Feedback. DeadBase XI lists the end of this one as New Potato Caboose going into Alligator > Caution > Feedback > AWBYGN, which is probably just speculation on what's missing - but that would be a good guess based on the song list and time period. The remainder of the show is cross faded in from a SBDMR>?>Cass copy. The cut at about 3:14 was also on the cassette, picking directly back up after a one second gap. No Caution vocals are contained on either source. notes: Crptical Envelopment through Born Cross-Eyed comes from an alternate mono SBDMR source (SBDMR>DAT>CD). It contained a great deal of static which was removed with DePopper.exe. Feedback before Spanish Jam contains many hints at the Spanish Jam theme. Also of note is that the end portion of Feedback appears on the "Anthem Of The Sun" LP.
