    Thank you
I've had Pachelbel's Canon stuck in my head since last night and that China>Rider from '72 successfully dislodged it... kinda like an aural enema. :D

I can hear Bruce on the Steinway!
"I will survive!" Row Jimmy is outstanding with Bruce's key work. I enjoyed the fall '91 tour, especially the Scar > Fire in Richfield

Welcome back to the Tapers’ Section, to the post-Thanksgiving edition of some fine Grateful Dead music from 1972, 1991 and 1992,

Our first selection this week is from 3/23/72 at the Academy of Music in New York City, where we have this terrific batch of pre-Europe ’72 Dead: China Cat Sunflower > I Know You Rider ; Black Throated Wind ; Chinatown Shuffle ; Brown Eyed Women ; Beat It On Down The Line ; Cumberland Blues ; Looks Like Rain ; Mr. Charlie ; Tennessee Jed ; El Paso ; You Win Again.

From 19 years later we have the entire first set from 3/18/91 at the Capital Center, from the second show of the excellent spring tour of 1991, a show that featured Bruce Hornsby on piano: Touch Of Grey ; New Minglewood Blues ; Ramble On Rose ; Me And My Uncle ; Maggie's Farm ; Row Jimmy ; Picasso Moon ; Don't Ease Me In.

Lastly this week, from a year later, we have another complete first set, from 3/21/92 in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada, featuring Help On The Way>Slipknot!> Franklin's Tower ; Little Red Rooster ; Peggy-O ; Queen Jane Approximately ; So Many Roads.

Be sure to join us here next week for more music from the vault.

I was at both nights plus the two at Auburn Hills to end the Spring '92 tour. All four shows were better than I remember, and they were pretty darn good at the time.

Hey now my kind folks and Mr. Lemieux. Just wanted to make you aware that the ALL THE LINKS ARE NOT WORKING. Looks like the code to each set is not working yet. Can we please fix it? Just a small glitch, I look forward to hearing these juicy morsels as soon as wee can! Love, Critter
