    HDCD player
Oppo DVD players play HDCD. These are great video and audio players. If the new prices don't jive, you can always check Craigslist for used ones (if getting an older model verify HDCD).

    my shows
you can find and indicate shows you've attended. Only GD shows are available...none of the offshoots or post-Jerry lineups.Having a way to save the taper shows you like is a cool idea! (and maybe even a way to note why you think a particular show is so good)

What is "my shows" tab for?
Up at the top right in the thin gold bar… Do you bookmark taper section stuff you like? Because that would be a mighty handy feature! I'm constantly looking back through for ones I liked in the past, sometimes successfully, sometimes not. Plus, I could check out stuff others with similar taste in shows liked and discover more. Anyone know how to do this? I can't seem to figure it out. Thanks!

Welcome back to the Tapers’ Section, where this week we have some later-era Grateful Dead from their final decade of touring, music from 1985, 1986 and 1993.

Our first selection this week is from the last night of a three night run at Nassau Coliseum, on 3/29/85, where we have Terrapin Station > Man Smart (Woman Smarter) > Goin' Down The Road Feeling Bad > Baby What You Want Me To Do

Next is the second set from 3/30/86 in Providence, RI, including a couple of repeats from our previous selection: Touch Of Grey ; Samson And Delilah ; Terrapin Station ; Man Smart (Woman Smarter) ; Drums ; Space ; Why Don't We Do It In The Road ; Stella Blue ; Throwing Stones ; Not Fade Away.

Lastly this week is the start of the second set from 3/27/93 in Albany, NY, the first of a three night run in Albany: Eyes Of The World > Estimated Prophet ; Comes A Time ; Corrina.

Be sure to join us here next week for more music from the vault.

listening to the 3/29/85 Nassau Coliseum show. It was my last year of high school that year. I went to the Coliseum once, but I can't remember if it was 84, 85, or 86. So many shows back then....great memories...be blessed, everyone...and have a Merry Christmas.... - Bob

Probably not the right place for this question but can anybody point me in the direction of a decent (not audiophile) HDCD player? Struggling to find information and since most of the Dead releases claim to be in that format, it might be nice to have one.
