Joined:Since the original topic now has hundreds of introductions and is getting a bit hard to navigate, this seems as good a time as any to launch a new one. The original is here, should you wish to catch up on the who's who since this opened up in May. If you haven't introduced yourself yet, please do! And if you already have, but have something new to tell us about you and your life, speak up! (A bit of housekeeping business so we don't have to repost everything we posted before--izzie and I are the moderators here, and for our more extensive intros see the original topic.) Thanks and welcome!

This year, I finally published my novel, Birdenwheel! I am trying to get the word out to fellow deadheads. Please visit my website or look for my book in retailers and local bookstores. Birdenwheel's title is from "Birdsong" and "The Wheel." Birdenwheel.com

Been lurking since way back but never posted until now. This seems like the place and definitely the time for this little bit of info. I have finally digitized my audience tape of the Bob Weir/Ratdog show in NH 30 years ago today, August 9, 1995. A very nice SBD of that show has been at the Archive forever but I've never seen an aud. of it anywhere online. They don't allow posting links here but if you google Ratdog 8 9 95 the first result is the link to that SBD. If you go there just hit "check for other copies" and my recording is the one with the picture of my ticket stub. Not self-promoting here - this is the only recording I've ever put online - but I think this needs to be out there. It doesn't sound that great but you've heard worse. A lot of people would like to have been in that room with Bobby that night and this tape puts you right in the middle of it.Anyway
I hope that's not all an inappropriate way to introduce myself here. I'm also on BlueSky (name: StarcommaDark) if you care to see a little more about my little life. *Peace Out** - Rustyczny Atomos

Yeah, my country isn't well known for being recognizable with people listening of the GD music, but anyway, here I am. Good to be a part of the community finally. Cheers, Pawel (Paul)

I am really partial to 80s Dead but of course I love it all - I really appreciate the family aspect of the community and the extreme love and passion I’ve felt from so many other Heads… it’s so moving to know that no matter when the bus comes by there’s always a seat for someone new.I hope you all have a wonderful day and if anyone wants to connect please shoot me a message!
