    Falling

I do like that phrase, that we "fall" in love.

    Great freaking morning rockers!!

Hey BURNOUT24---and lol anybody else that will listen---that December 1 1973 Music Hall show was my first show.

HOWEVER, didn't really get on the bus until my next show..............

When you go through things like burnout you learn what to do and what not to do in the future.....

Rock on and don't burn out!

I wasn't sure whether to get this Black Friday 5 L.P. box set of Love's albums and outtakes from when they were with Elektra - but I am very glad I did. I have just played the first three albums and the sound of all of them is superb. "Forever Changes" is their classic but the first and "Da Capo" are also great albums. Even the side long "Revelation" sounds good now. Very much 1966 style psychedelia, when there wasn't really a style - trebly guitar and clattering drums and sense that anything is possible. Similar is some ways to the Dead's early versions of "Caution" .

This came in yesterday's mail. I am low key amazed that I was able to order this, at list price, from the RSD website and have it delivered to my waiting arms less than a week later. Thanks again to Blue Crow for hipping me to that option!

Anyway, this one is more fun than a barrel of monkeys and their engineers. Looser performances than the previous official releases from this run, which is all to the good AFAIC. Lovely music for a Sunday morning.
