Gloomy day on the south shore of Lake Erie. It's rained like five times in the past two days. Humidity is 87% and dew point is 72. That's soupy.
But I'm in the AC with a mug of Guatemalan Huehuetenango coffee, listening to Billy pour his heart out.
Oakland in exactly four weeks.

Four Tet at Alexandra Palace Nov 22 2025. I’m streaming this on Apple Music but I believe it is on utube. Around 4.5 hours of interesting dance music.

Next I intend to play ‘Eternity’s Pillar’ with Alice Coltrane. This is a double blu-ray of 17 episodes of a TV show broadcast in the LA area 1985 - 1988 containing Meditation, Devotions and Music. I’m not in the least religious but I enjoy the sounds.

Deadshow , All 4 Eno albums you mention are great. More connections - The track ‘Kings Lead Hat’ from ‘Before and After Science’ is an anagram of Talking Heads and if you spin the track Tzima N’Arki from ‘After the Heat’ by Eno, Moebius and Roedelius backwards the chorus to ‘Kings Lead Hat’ is heard. You had to make your own fun back in the day!

If you mention Talking Heads and Brian Eno you should remember ‘My Life in the Bush of Ghosts’. This is a fantastic album. I have the original album (LP)and the edited version (CD).
I, also, love the albums than Eno issued on his Obscure label. I bought most of them on vinyl, but treated myself to the CD boxset to get the two that I couldn’t afford when they originally came out.

Low's Album Cover brought me back to The Man Who Fell To Earth. The Bowie/Eno Trilogy didn't disappoint, when it comes to Brian Eno's magic touch with all his collaborations with a slew of artists. Somehow he brings each artists music to a higher level. It's been a long time since some his best work with others artists debuted.

So just to name a few where the results were and still are amazing:
Roxy Music with Phil Manzanera / Robert Fripp / King Crimson / Devo's First Album - a classic for the ages / and last , but should be first - The band which blew me away so much, that it caused me to take a few years off from the DEAD. Which band you might ask: The Talking Heads!

Interesting sidebar is the Adrian Belew connection with ENO, who got Adrian Belew to play with Zappa, The Talking Heads, King Crimson and many others
