Now it's Dicks 28, which you know is amazing. What a difference in the three weeks since the first show of the year !

Forgot I wanted to recommend the relatively new, Miller of Bob and Rob 5/20/1990, It is a well played show with amazing sound quality, Doo check it oot :)

Thanks for the recommendation. I def like '79, both early and late. The download release era is sort of a blind spot for me cause I had lousy interwebs at the time and have never filled in that gap.

Took a break from the June 1976 box. Moved on to a podcast I hadn't heard of. If you Google 36 From the Vault you'll find it. It's different from the official Deadcast. Just a couple dudes talking about Dick's Picks. I don't agree with some of their opinions, and some facts aren't just exactly perfect, but that's OK. Just about done with the first episode, and I like how they gave some context as to what was happening in the world in 1973. Kinda cool that they mention the day before DiP 1, what with DaP 58 on the horizon.
    6/19/76 on deck.
Be safe if the coming winter storm hits you. Bitter cold and a bunch of snow coming to the south shore of Lake Erie,

Saw earlier today that TTB will be playing at our new amphitheater here in Grand Rapids. Fabulous!

Sitting back with some Trans, the Miles Davis Quintet period. A holy grail for sure.

But the main reason I wanted to post is to mention that TTB announced their summer tour dates today. If you're interested be advised the pre-sale is on Tuesday. I will probably make it to Red Rocks (July 31 and August 1) and maybe also Bend and Berkeley, depending.

Now back to Miles and Trane!

Scarlet>Dancing disc 3 Philler from 4/18/78. Most excellent with Bobby shining bright as he slices and dices around Jerry and the rest of the band!!
