Went to tell everybody, but I could not get across

Finished off 68 yesterday with what’s labeled 12/31/68, but it’s really miscellaneous chunks of 68. But definitely some good sheet in there for those looking for a nice primal fix…
    -
But now it’s time for summer 91, including the awesome videos (remember when we used to get those ; )
I’ve heard all but Charlotte and Cal X, but always just rando listens, not tour in order approach. So being summer, and HOT, figured it’d be a good time to do so before 59 comes round etc. Watch some of those vids in the nice cool, basement!
So to get things going, rehit the sweet ETR show from
    5/12/91 to start
    6/6/91 currently
    6/7/91 hopefully later
    -
    Speaking of summer and the discussion of additional “summer 85” I’d guess it depends on how well this one sells? AND, it wouldn’t be easy to select…why, because there’s a lot of good sheet! Like;
6/22/85, (6/21 is solid but not quite the ripper)
6/25/85 possibly best of tour! Bet that’ll get out somehow…
7/13/85 ridiculous first set, good second though perhaps a tad sloppy? 7/14 good but…
    8/31/85 is decent
9/3/85 definitely needs to end up somewhere!
Red Rocks of course. I found 2nd good, 1st better, 3rd night best
The Kaiser run is solid through out,
9/15/85 is worthy! Their having so much fun they forget to do drums until the shows almost over!
Then things kinda level out for first of fall tour.
But there’s must have gold also as fall tour proceeds, and imho there needs to be a Spring box. But not sure we’ll get all that as there’s so many other possibilities from all the years combined, so again, I guess it depends on how/what sells?
Happy Fry-Yay! Hope y’all have a great, smoke/fire free WE!

Good to see Spacebro, Gratefulhan, 5branch etc back in the mix!
But WTF is Jimmy? Probably in some secret bunker with around the clock multi media monitoring of the situation, which is not good…So Keep up the good work comrade; )
    But we miss ya!

    Red Rocks.

Either another box. Or at least one show from Red Rox as a Dave's.

Even late 70's-late 80's are dying off now.

Blessings and life force to those that were the first. Those born in the 40's and 50's

Peace; got some back reading to do.

I got a reply from CS to suggest they’d implemented a “fix” to resolve my PayPal issue. I believe it may have been something to do with PP parsing commas during the address phase which the dead.net checkout would consider “illegal characters”…. Who knows though?

Anyway. I’d already gone through and paid outright direct to GD and had no problems. So it’s a bit moot now, however if you still want to order and want to use PayPal, in theory it should all be just exactly perfect….

From the triple Dead Drop this week. Jer's voice ain't all the great, but his playing is just fine.
Great to hear so many comments about Blossom Music Center. I've seen so many concerts there in the past 45 years. Everyone from Rush to the Cleveland Orchestra.
Canadian wildfire smoke rolling into the Great Lakes region yesterday and today. I'm sure it's not as bad as some folks here are experiencing out west, but still not very pleasant. Air Quality index yesterday was over 550; the worst here since they started measuring in the '80s. I think I'll just stay inside and watch the British Open.

Between Red Rocks and Blossom, a 2nd box to complement this one is a musy. Throw in Ventura, there it is.

Show has muscle. Brent with some great distortion through his left hand's lower end playing. First set starts getting thick with the Supplication. Listening makes me even more excited for the '85 box we have coming. Releasing '80 - '85 has made great strides the past few years (Santa Fe '83, Frost '85, Rainbow Theatre '81, all the ETR inclusions) but still need more! Was actually hoping for a Red Rocks box with the '85 shows included but this will be just as great.
