I went a looking for the album you mentioned, found complete copy on the tube. Have a little program which will record sound off of utube. I did my usual thing for the album and bang, a stream of 40 artist and 450 songs came pouring in by I'm gonna guess English folk types. I have to sort thru all this to be sure.

A group (I think) FEO, had this song Bedstemor,,, wow,,,different.

Bagpuss? Extradition? Mark Fry? Moths?

And a host of others. This will keep me off the streets for a while.

DMCVT, have you tried the offending disc in other players…the optics sometimes ware out? Sounds like it’s only “those” disc giving ya trouble though, so prolly not…and you prolly already knew that : ) How’s thing up dar in Vermont dar? Muggy hot en smokey, or…

9/26/81, fun list, well played, fourth of only seven 81 Dews, and it’s been played a lot by Dave and others on the streaming platforms…so I don’t think it’s just my bias.

Listening at work was what got me all hopped up on shows lol
Something about getting paid to listen to Dead ; )
But now it’s an obsession, but it’s pleasing!
and only about 150 or so (available) left, so can’t stop now!
Which, 6/11/69 reminds me I still have a dozen or so 69s left, mostly Auds like that one.

Besides, shows work well for my new profession as a domestic goddess
