Our first selection is one of the horn-shows from the Fall Tour of 1973, from 9/17/73 in Syracuse, where we have Truckin' > Eyes Of The World > Weather Report Suite Prelude > Weather Report Suite Part 1 > Let It Grow > Stella Blue.
Next is first set music from the final show of the Europe ’74 tour, and the final road show with the Wall Of Sound, from 9/21/74 in Paris, France, where we have Bertha ; Mexicali Blues ; Sugaree ; The Promised Land ; Peggy-O ; Me And My Uncle ; Deal ; The Race Is On ; Loose Lucy ; El Paso ; Eyes Of The World.
Lastly this week is the entire first set from 9/15/87 at Madison Square Garden, opening night of a five night run at MSG, the Dead’s return to the Garden after a four year hiatus, where we have Hey Pocky Way; New Minglewood Blues; When Push Comes To Shove; Beer Barrel Polka Tuning ; Me And My Uncle> Mexicali Blues; Row Jimmy; Queen Jane Approximately; Tennessee Jed; The Music Never Stopped.
