3 good-uns
Maybe leave the Satisfaction cover to Lucinda Williams, lol.
All 3 selections were enjoyable. This Drums on the '88 is cool.
Fun to hear the 1972 "new songs" mentioned on stage. Weren't these always with us like time and tide?
Cheers
Satisfaction
1stShow - don't go throwing the Satisfaction baby out with the bathwater. Alpine 8/8/82 encore was Satisfaction > Brokedown. Satisfaction kicked ass, an absolute screamer, and the Brokedown was as heartfelt as any I heard. The wildest encore I ever experienced and I still have image of Phil unleashing monster power chords during Satisfaction burned in my BC brain.

Seems about time Dave and Co serve up 8/24/72 and the others from that Bezerkley run. Need to fill out that stealth mini box bit by bit. 8/25 (DaP 24) is a BC favorite. Love the return of Bird Song in Summer '72.
8-8-82 Encore, I'll check that one out BC.
But this 88 version is like the baby's bathwater, lukewarm lol.
"I got a million of them!" Durante
