Welcome back to the Tapers’ Section, where this week we have Grateful Dead music from 1977, 1980, and 1981.
Our first stop is at the Palladium in New York City on 4/29/77, opening night of a five night run, where we have the end of the show: Drums > The Wheel > Wharf Rat > Around And Around, Uncle John's Band.
Next is first set music from 5/6/80 at Penn State University, where we have Lazy Lightnin' > Supplication; Althea ; Lost Sailor > Saint Of Circumstance.
Lastly this week is the start of the second set from 5/1/81 at Hampton Coliseum, where we have Feel Like A Stranger > Franklin's Tower > Lost Sailor > Saint Of Circumstance.

4/29/77 Palladium - The Wheel
Sweet way to start the day! No circulating soundboard and only 3 songs officially released (none of these) as filler on the Download Series Vol 1. Thanks Dave! Edit - warning - tough tape flip - very much "ouch" - near end of otherwise beautiful Wharf Rat. Rest is great, finishing with a beautiful Uncle John's encore.
