Welcome back to the Tapers’ Section, where this week we have Grateful Dead music from 1977, 1980, and 1994.
Our first selection is from 10/7/77 in Albuquerque, where we have this second set sequence that includes two typically first set songs: Ramble On Rose; Passenger; Terrapin Station > Playing In The Band.
Next is the start of the third set (it’s always weird, and cool, to write that) from 10/3/80 at the Warfield in San Francisco, where we have Scarlet Begonias > Fire On The Mountain ; Samson And Delilah ; Ship Of Fools ; Playing In The Band.
And from 14 years later on 10/1/94 in Boston, we have the start of the second set featuring Scarlet Begonias> Fire On The Mountain; Way To Go Home ; Saint Of Circumstance> Terrapin Station.
