Welcome back to the Taper’s Section, where this week we have Grateful Dead music from 1981, 1984, and 1986.
Our first stop this week is on 7/7/81 in Kansas City, where we have the end of the show: Space > Truckin' > Goin' Down The Road Feeling Bad > Black Peter > I Need A Miracle > Good Lovin’.
Next is the start of the second set from 7/13/84 at the Greek in Berkeley, we have Scarlet Begonias>Touch Of Grey>Fire On The Mountain>Man Smart (Woman Smarter).
Lastly this week is the start of the second set from 7/6/86 at RFK Stadium, where we have Saint Of Circumstance ; Iko Iko ; Looks Like Rain ; He's Gone.

It's back!
Good. I was worried the rumors about the streaming site taking the place of this were accurate. Not yet anyway, lol.

Starting with the RFK '86 and saving the others until a focused listen as on paper they look better. Besides, a 31 minute one fits my morning. The He's Gone goes some interesting places. That song can always have hints of many others, Smokestack, Nobody's, Spoonful, etc.
EDIT : 7-13-84 Greek has this peppy, unique combo and a Dark Star encore! With an actual shooting star preceding it? Cosmic! Legendary. "Special effects by God"
