Week of March 10-16, 2025
Welcome back to the Tapers’ Section, where this week we have Grateful Dead music from 1972, 1973, and 1981.
Our first selection is on 9/23/72 in Waterbury, CT, where we have this great second set sequence, including the final Cryptical until 1985: It's All Over Now, Baby Blue; Cryptical Envelopment > Drums > The Other One > Wharf Rat ; Beat It On Down The Line; Ramble On Rose.
Next up is music from 9/17/73 in Syracuse, NY, where we have this batch of classic Dead songs, all of which joined the repertoire 1971-1973 and stuck around until 1995: Sugaree ; Mexicali Blues ; Loser ; Looks Like Rain ; Row Jimmy.
Our final stop this week is on 9/25/81 in Bethlehem, PA, where we have this great first set sequence of tunes: Bird Song > Beat It On Down The Line; Cumberland Blues; Passenger; Althea.
Be sure to stop by next week for more tunes from the vault.

Listening to Keith's weird organ with vibrato on this early LLR.
I think I like it.
And another smokin' Cumberland this week.
Cheers
