Welcome back to the Tapers’ Section, where this week we have Grateful Dead music from 1969, 1984, and 1987.
Our first stop is on 7/7/69 in Atlanta, where the Dead were playing at Piedmont Park, and played this classic mid-1969 match of Dead, featuring a mix of psychedelic Dead along with Americana Dead: Morning Dew; Mama Tried> High Time> Casey Jones; Dark Star.
Next is the end of the show from 7/3/84 in Kansas City, where we have Space > The Wheel > Throwing Stones > Not Fade Away, Keep Your Day Job.
Lastly this week is the end of the show from 6/12/87 at Ventura County Fairgrounds, where we have Space > The Wheel > I Need A Miracle > Black Peter> Around And Around> Good Lovin', Touch Of Grey.
