Hello! And welcome back to the Tapers’ Section, as we roll into December with Grateful Dead music from 1977, 1991, and 1993.
Our first selection this week is the unique second set sequence from 3/19/77 at Winterland, featuring Eyes Of The World> Space > Dancing In The Street > Wharf Rat> Franklin's Tower> Sugar Magnolia.
Next is the start of the second set from 3/17/91, opening night of the Spring Tour of 1991, at the Capital Center in Landover, MD, featuring the first East Coast New Speedway Boogie in 21 years (it returned to the repertoire a month earlier in California): China Cat Sunflower > I Know You Rider ; Man Smart (Woman Smarter) ; Crazy Fingers> Truckin'>New Speedway Boogie.
Lastly this week is the first set from 3/10/93 in Rosemont, IL, where we have Feel Like A Stranger ; Stagger Lee ; The Same Thing ; Peggy-O ; Queen Jane Approximately ; Ramble On Rose ; Let It Grow.
