    Park West
By the time that show rolled around I was burned out from driving and crowds, and probably oxygen deprivation in Telluride, so I didn't love it the way a lot of my friends did. What I remember most (other than the long, long search for my car after the show) was the dust and the fact that as the venue cleared, the ground was entirely covered with empty little airline liquor bottles. I got up the next morning and drove straight home.

That's really interesting as I was at the Park West Show, for their second-ever and last time there, and thought it was a curious opening. It would've suited Telluride as well. Summer of the Mega-Dead killed a lot of venues

This became the we are not welcomed back song, last night Little Red Worcester 88 BBM was the opener and they never played there again. Chip in Alpine is a real treat, I miss fall tour.

Welcome back to the Tapers’ Section, where this week we have Grateful Dead music from 1972 and a double dose of Brent-era Dead from 1982 and 1987.

Our first stop this week is on 8/12/72 in Sacramento, where we have this terrific second set sequence, including a very cool split Other One: Greatest Story Ever Told ; Ramble On Rose ; Beat It On Down The Line ; He's Gone> Drums> The Other One> Black Peter > The Other One; Truckin'.

Next is the end of the show from 8/8/82 at Alpine, featuring Space > The Other One > Not Fade Away > Wharf Rat > Good Lovin' (I Can't Get No) Satisfaction > Brokedown Palace. Space features Zakir Hussein, and the rest of the second set features John Cipollina.

Lastly this week is the entire first set from 8/13/87, the last ever Grateful Dead show at Red Rocks: Big Boss Man ; Jack Straw ; Row Jimmy ; It's All Over Now ; Loser ; Cassidy ; Far From Me ; Box Of Rain.

Be sure to join us here next week for more music from the vault.

Not listened to it all but the 72 show seems to be something like Not Fade Away > Going Down The Road > Lovelight (I may have missed something there). Similarly, the 82 and 87 shows are not what is listed above. I THINK these are probably all last week's selections

Thanks. The 72 and 82 streams seem to be correct now but I think the third stream is still wrong.

I was halfway through the '87 bit when the tab crashed, I reloaded it and it was playing last week's selection...kind of killed the groove I was in.
