Welcome back to the Tapers’ Section, where this week we have Grateful Dead music from 1972, 1977, and 1993, three distinct eras of Dead music.
Our first selection is the Dead’s middle night of a three night run at Winterland in San Francisco, on 12/11/72, where we have a classic batch of late-1972 Grateful Dead music, featuring China Cat Sunflower> I Know You Rider ; Box Of Rain; He's Gone.
Next is music from the first set of the final night of a five night run at the Palladium in New York City, on 5/4/77, where we have Cassidy; Deal; Looks Like Rain; Brown Eyed Women; Dancing In The Street.
Lastly this week is the start of the first set from 1/26/93 at the Oakland Coliseum Arena, where we have Man Smart (Woman Smarter) ; Eyes Of The World > Estimated Prophet > Terrapin Station.
