    Somehow GOD got them all to me, ok, was probably Marye.

    in the same boat, 2019 Subscription and still got no download for Vol. 12. Looks like I will have
    to email CS again and hopefully this can be resolved.

    I wrote customer service a few months back because I never rec'd the link for the downloads. They sent me a link but it didn't work. Looks like were all SOL

    Missing Digital Downloads

    Been a subscriber since the first set. Doing some "house cleaning" and realize that I'm also missing downloads for some of the 45's. Checked my inbox, can't find links to them which makes me think I never received the digital download link (I do have all the physical 45's).

    Missing digital downloads for: Vol. 2, and Vols. 9-12. Can someone advise how I get these downloads?

    Boy you dropped the ball on this D/L.
    2 months and still never received. Yesterday received an email with the Dancing / Terrapin D/L before the single arrives.
    What gives DeadNet ?
    Also still waiting for Us Blues / Lucy from last Summer.

    What gives Deadnet ? What happened to the D/L Link for latest 7"single [Franklins/Help] ?? Service has been terrible with these downloads for the 2019 7" subscription. A month + and I still have yet to receive this D/L. Please don't blame this on the "NEW" Warehouse, that story is getting OLD. Please, do your job.

Just got the latest 45 (#12), Franklins/Help (637/10000). But once again no link to the digital download. Has anyone else gotten it?

I could say have my best people working on it, but it's just me!

Send me my codes!!! Must be a problem with the warehouse move :-)
