"Never ask a Bozo about a Bolo. General rule of thumb." - Bill

Doesn't matter which bus you got on, everyone's sure to enjoy the "Bozo or Bolo?" edition of EUROPE '72. Limited to 5,000 copies and only available at Dead.net, this special edition of the historic 3-LP vinyl album is pressed on psychedelic rainbow vinyl, a visual callback to the original album’s iconic cover design by Alton Kelley and Stanley Mouse. Each LP features a 50/50 color split with alternating transparent and neon colors of a rainbow: LP1 is transparent red and neon orange; LP2 is transparent yellow and neon green; and LP3 is transparent indigo and neon violet. All of the new 50TH ANNIVERSARY EDITIONS were mastered by GRAMMY® Award-winning engineer David Glasser with newly restored audio by Plangent Processes.

    ABOUT THE TOUR
From April 7 to May 26, 1972, the Dead performed and recorded 21 live concerts, plus a set in a television studio, with every night being an exceptional display of the magic that was uniquely the live Grateful Dead. These concerts and this tour, 50 years later, are still considered one of the highest of high points in the Grateful Dead's performing career.

Is the release date still June 3 (today!) for the color vinyl edition? I noticed the black vinyl is coming late July.

I believe it would come with a booklet, as the original did and it’s a reissue. At least here’s to hoping that logic stands haha. Enjoy the lp!!
