Usual deadnet vine format – put your name in the next position and contact the one before with postal details. Two audio discs: a) - Pigpen's Apartment Solo Acoustic Demos 1966 - it's from 4 track master>?>CD>.wav via EAC>.shn via MKW. Forget where it came from and when I got it but converted back to .wav via MKW. Tracks: Two Woman, Michael, Katie May, New Orleans > That Train, Instrumental, Bring Me My shotgun, CC Rider, Katie Mae, Hitchhiking Woman, Two Women, When I was a Boy, Bring me my Shotgun. It also has: I Believe, She's Mine and No Time, listed as Pigpen's final recordings '73 (?). It finishes with a '64 recording of Sweet Georgia Brown>Betty and Dupree with Jorma. b) Again .wav – Pigpen (King of the West Coast Blues) The Same Thing (9:49) and Smokestack lightning (8:40) 11-19-66, It Hurts Me Too (4:07) 10-22-

    I had to go out anyway, so i dropped it at the post office around 10 am

    This was waiting for me when I got home tonight. Normally, I send them out next day, but to conserve gas & all, I'll likely send it out on Monday morning - on the way to work.

    Pigpen is in the mail today ...on to Todd,,.. This vine is absoluotley fantastic !! I love the older music ,, pre-Dead ,,..way cool !! Thank you Greg for stating this one !!! I am certanly willing to get on more vines like this one ,, anything from the sixties !! Fantastic !! peace ....

    I got the PigPen vine yesturday,, my wife had a minor medical thing happen yesturday,,more testing today.. I will definatley get this out to Todd by monday morning... take care .. Peace everyone ....

This is really good stuff. Disk1 is just Pig Pen w/ acoustic guitar or harmonica or nothing. and Disk 2 is with the Dead. Beautiful "The Same Thing" I will let Pig Pen Hang until he finds a new home. --------------------------------------------------------- "The faster we go, the rounder we get"
