    GDTS Tickets
The night before was the quietest show I saw the dead do in the Garden. I showed up early and was sitting in the concrete park at the corner of 33rd and 8th enjoying some Hawaiian, which I shared with some other heads in the park who then came back and puddled me. I walked into Charlie O's across the street to meet some friends and by the first beer it was all to much and time to head in. I whipped my ticket out of my pocket and saw I was sitting 3rd row side of the stage right behind Brent's equipment in the section they usually close off during the show. I sat down and before I could get myself organized, 4 Blue Coats where all around me asking for my ticket and telling me I had to get out. I showed them my mail order ticket and all of a sudden walkie talkies started squawking. Before I knew what was going on a Red Coat showed up and looked at my ticket scanned it for a minute and started walking off. I screamed at him come back with my ticket, he turned and said if legit you are at your seat for the rest of the night and turned and walked away. The next fifteen minutes seemed like hours, the stage crew could see what was going on and when the house lights were dimmed they started hitting me with their Flash lights in the face and then shinning them in there faces with these huge grins. The Red Coat come strolling down the aisle, handed me my ticket back and told the Blue Coats he can sit here all night and gave them their marching orders. A couple of more people also got tickets in this section, I think there was about 5 to 10 of us. The Boys made their way to the stage shortly after all this and made up for the lack of energy or sound issues the night before. Even after all the hassles I had a great time, lots of dance room and stared at Brent and Jerry all night long. Thank you GDTS for a unique night.

    Phil Says
DKNJ: This show more than made up for the previous night's lack of energy. Phil gets a little mike time before they whip into Samson and Delilah "For those of you have kids, my son just said 'rock and roll" for the first time." Jerry actually stormed off after the Lovelight faker ended. Pretty hairy. High output NYC ass kicker.
