This LP cover was controversial back when it was released. There was an alternate cover that covered up the "private parts." Also there was a sticker that said "Garcia" that was used to censor the private parts. I wonder why Warner Bros didn't decide to put a photo of Jerry on the cover.

I bought the cassette in Orleans, MA from a discount box for I forget how much but it was my first taste of Jerry and I spent seemingly countless hours that summer (age 15) listening to to its hypnotic and and profound messages. Even the cassette artwork was a complete turn on which is why I bought it. I didn't "discover" the Dead for 5 years...but I had this music that summer and it changed me - I flew and rolled and turned...
