I was thinking about the DSQ show I saw in Tucson a few years back....(1993?)
Heard about the show from KXCI (plug) and went down to the little theater the night of the show. I had no tickets and didnt know where the ticket window was. I asked a man where I could get tickets and he said that he couldnt go and sold me his for face value.. Turns out it was a orchestra pit front and center...WOW!
A mix of spanish/South American influenced music filled my brain for a couple hours and when it ended I went into the lobby and the band came out to chat with everyone. I got to thank them all for letting me expericence something that I had not heard before. I bought the current DGQ CD from their table, had them all sign it and my ticket stub.
What a way to be introduced to a different type of Dawg....Thanks!!

this is the David Grisman topic, which is probably not the best place to ask that question. You might try the "In Search of Info" topic. Thanks!
