My turn came in 2002. Walked all thru the neighborhood and just imagining it as it was...wasn't hard to do...so many grate homes, little shops...and lots of people!!!
had to call my bro who took me to my 1st show from the corner of Haight/Ashbury....just because!!!

Apparently the current owners of the place don't appreciate folks setting on their steps, perhaps innocently sharing a fancy cigarette. They have installed a wrought iron fence across the front of the property.
I wonder how many thousands of DH's have made this pilgrimage, to bask in memories of the past.. Think of those who have traveled that path, it's almost unfathomable...
