    The best festival there is
The best festival there is today- period. It's a hike to get to Detroit Lakes, MN from anywhere, but totally worth it! Unbelievable setting: lots of camping in the woods, clean lakes to swim in (some hidden), great vibes, unbelievable music lineup (as you can see), clean showers, good vending, not too hot. It is UTOPIA, if only for a few days in July. Do yourself a favor; take your '08 vacation week at 10KLF! You will not regret it.

    Bob at 10,000 Lakes
7/21/2007 Soo Pass Ranch, Detroit Lakes, MN I: Jam > Help on the Way > Slipknot! > Liberty > She Says > Tennessee Jed > Cassidy > Lazy River Road > Bird Song > Big Railroad Blues* II: Mexicali Blues@, A Hard Rain's A-Gonna Fall@, Milestones > Lady with a Fan > Terrapin > Stuff > Come Together+ > Bird Song (reprise) + > Cassidy (reprise)+ > One More Saturday Night+ E: Slipknot! > Franklin's Tower, U.S. Blues Show with Steve Kimock (Guitar); *-with Warren Haynes (Guitar/Vocals); +-with Keller Williams (Guitar/Vocals); Mark was absent; "Watchtower" tease before "Bird Song" I especially loved the Terrapin. Nice to see Warren in the photo. Thanks for sharing. I loved the chance to meet and groove and listen and dance with all the fellow heads once again. That was and always is magical. If the doors of perception were cleansed, everything would appear to man as it is, infinite. Wiliam Blake

    I was there!
What a day! I saw Keller Williams, Kaki King, Little Feat, Gov't Mule, Bob Weir and Ratdog (with Steve Kimock) and the Derrick Trucks Band. My brother and I are still asking each other if we saw all this good music in just one day. Let alone the other great bands we saw there that week. Lots of room to dance and not feel crowded and great folks at the event. The date is actually 7/21, not 7/15 If the doors of perception were cleansed, everything would appear to man as it is, infinite. Wiliam Blake
