She comes running and we ball all night... Of course you are correct marye... one hears that term today in the vernacular about as often as 'groovy' or 'far out man'... "Come on baby, let's ball" just doesn't work like it used to...

this brings to mind the fact that "balling," in this connotation, has pretty much fallen out of the language. Which was not the case at the time this was written, a time in which the f-word retained some shock value. I don't know if this is a good thing or a bad thing!
