Here is a letter I received from Steve Cripe. I had written him about his guitars and how much he wanted for one. I was young and of course didn't have that kind of dough. I was sad to learn he died tragically pretty soon after he sent this letter. I learned this info. from reading Grateful Dead Gear by Blair Jackson. If you don't have this book and love the Grateful Dead pick it up now. It's a must have in my opinion.
