Grateful Dead
Liquid Sunshine/Wake of the Flood
to Antiques Roadshow next time they're in town!
thanks, Mary E 4 the idea.......maybe grandma was ahead of her time.......xoxo Gypsy Cowgirl
I love your old bottle. My uncle reminded me of a wash day product called "bluing". I remember that dangerously blue bottle of stuff from when i was a kid. I was a curious kid and got into everything but NEVER messed with that bottle. Google "bluing" and google your "liquid sunshine". That is classic. You got a really cool family.
and it's scary lookin' all right.
ahhhh, the days when you cuold shine
your flatware without a care in the world...
---'never prank a truster'----
I love old bottles too,
I also have some really old bottles that I saved.
We also found lots of old bottles when we dug to put a pool in 10 years ago, Old listerine bottles and old soda pop bottles!
Grate idea Marye taking them to the Antiques Roadshow ,I love that show too!
of the bottles are shoe polish & medicine ones with cork tops......I'll have to check GM if they're listerine-that'd be funny...

Nice, but I think there is a spelling mistake on the label. Shouldn't the A at the top of the label be L. Maybe it's just me.

the bottle made me think of these lyrics: "My grandma and your grandma were sitting by the fire"........ why my grandparents saved this stuff is beyond me, but wonder if it's the last one left !?!
Small print says it was 4 "white woodwork-silverware-& any metal or enamel surface"
I'm from the family who apparently never threw anything out & left it 4 me to trip on & share w/ you
