Quartz, like you've never seen it before

This is a straight photograph. No photoshop manipulation whatsoever. And yes, I saw it like this before I shot it...

As always, the color/light source is refracted sunlight.

Too bad the EOS doesn't use the really good lens from my A1 though. Too old to have any electronics in it.
