And 2 weeks later i saw them
And 2 weeks later i saw them at the Santa Cruz County Fairgrounds in Watsonville, CA - drove like 10 hours up there from San Diego, made the parking lot scene, "expanded" my mind a bit (musically and otherwise) and then made the drive home.....yea, def worth it! Those were some good shows. Didn't realize it then but at the Watsonville show, it was the final time they played Deep Elem as the Grateful Dead, according to DeadBase. One of us has just GOT to invent a time machine, huh? ..even a blind man knows when the sun is shinin'...you can feel it!..

    The Downs
Man cool photo! I was at that show and remember it vividly! Some crazy weather came in that night and I crashed in the horse stables not to far from the show site. Had a real good time at the Downs shows, thanks for the photo.....just made my day! Cheers
