Fabulous to hear the fun the extended"family " had playing together. Even the old favourites sound very rich!!!
Hello David,
David, thank you for all you do to share the music, the vibe, the culture of the Grateful Dead. I am old enough to have been on the "Bus" at an early age, but came later: much due to hearing the Grateful Dead Hour. I just reread Carolyn Brightman's insightful book "Sweet Chaos;" and though I sometimes perceive jacket blurbs as overblown, am in accord with your laudatory words. This is a serious book, which places the band in context; and does so in a scholarly and entertaining fashion.
What I am wondering is if you interviewed Ms. Brightman for a Grateful Dead Hour show. If so, would love to hear that show.
Again, David, thank you for all you do.
