About
The second set jam this night is unique both in terms of the tour and the greater Grateful Dead history, featuring three three Garcia-sung songs in a row: "Uncle John's Band>Wharf Rat>Dark Star." All three are top notch, and "Wharf Rat" was quite a rarity on this tour, so this is a nice treat.

Never had purchased any Dick's before. Now have 4,16,26, & 29, not to mention the emory jos. cd.
Who has time for experiments anyway! Did someone say lysergic ? Time to slip a disc in and get the dinner dishes done...
I have two boxes upstairs from the dead store with music and some other goodies. Now I have time to open them, put on that Co. show and call my buddy about doing Monterey in Oct. It just keeps gettin' better ;-)
It's 8:09 here, about 30 miles from Mt. Tam. The sound was great but I could never get a video feed for more than a few seconds. I achieved that buy hitting the back button and clicking on the calendar, then watch now. Last time I tried that instead of "watch now" I got "purchase". My purchases file was empty. Now I don't even have the great audio, and the sound was excellent. At least I'm not frustrated about not being able to see it anymore? Oh, and the invoice, order #8957 is in my inbox so I know the boys got there money okay. I was worried they might not have that part right. I would have had a hard time sleeping if I didn't think they had gotten their $19.95 from me for the experiment. Thank God I didn't invite 10 friends over and charge them $10 a head like some fool suggested. I'd probably be ridin' a rail about now
I forgot to duck.
"Please try again" must be a glitch or a lot of users. Kind of like the Furthur presale website that didn't work for ordering fall tour tickets yesterday.
I was on and listening and then it crashed and I am unable to get back on. I heard two notes of Playing In The Band and that was it.
I must say that all us Dead Heads in the U.S. Virgin Islands are pumped for the Furthur/TRI show tonight. We have the Man Cave all set with flat screen, hookah, lava lamp, and plenty of chocolate party favors.
Want to watch the show for 2 bucks? just invite 9 of your closest friends over and charge them 2 bucks apiece
emailed you a code when you paid? Just a guess?

How not unusual. It seems that Deadheads (or profiteers who see an opportunity) can set up a live feed with a pass code that works just fine from the inside of a Furthur venue but Bob can't get the right techies to do it from his own studio...
If true, how sad. Hope y'all get your $20 back and a free ticket on the West Coast swing.
