folks...

this vine is something of a borderline case and may disappear.

The 2002 4-CD compilation Ladies and Gentlemen, The Grateful Dead contains much of the material included on this vine. However, to the best of my ability to figure this out, it's been out of print for some time, though aftermarket sellers are happy to offer it.

Hence for the moment I am leaving this vine alone. If Ladies and Gentlemen returns to life, we may have to revisit this. Thanks!
