It happens. I have gone absolutely hog wild and are on about 20 vine sign-ups. I have imposed a voluntary moratorium on any more sign-ups until some come in. My organization and management are writing the vines down on a piece of paper and taping it to the wall. As they come in, I mark them off with a pen. I know some folks do excel spreadsheets and databases...etc.
