The PERRO Tapes

This is without a doubt my favorite vine. The music that Crosby and Garcia made together at this time was their best! I highly recomend the albums "If I Could Only Remember My Name"(David Crosby) and "Graham Nash David Crosby"

Sorry for the delay

I got this one at the start of the week and I had hoped to have it out this week, but one thing lead to another and I'm not finished yet. Cub Scout camping trip this weekend, so I'll mail it to JackStrawfromColorado the middle of next week.

Peace -

.cda and wav are the same, I think.

*.cda was the original CD file suffix from back in the day. *.wav are equivalent. MP3 is way more lossy, but smaller files. There may be a little file header difference between .cda and .wav but the encoding is the same - I think the difference comes up in the disc format structure, whether its a data disc or an audio disc.

Perro had both the DVD with the flac files and CDs with already decoded wav files of the DVD files. Maybe the player is looking at those .wav files as .cda files since the discs were created as audio CDs and not just data CDs with wav files on them. To summarize:

*.wav files on an audio CD = *.cda files

Perhaps one of the real gurus can school us, though. Bring it up in the tech discussions forum.

As far as I know the audio cds I sent were in wav format. I wonder if they are the originals?
