As widely reported in various venues, the boys, or some of them at least, will be playing the Obama inaugural ball tomorrow night.

By suggestion: what should they play? what WILL they play?

CLINTON

dude,
Clinton is a dead head! Ive got a biography on the dead and clinton talked about Jerry and his passing and what a loss it was for the world. I believe he hung a dead flag (stealy) on the white house when he died. So you know clinton will be chiefing! And Cronkite, uh well.........

Heres some more for the guest list:

Sen Harry Reid NV Quote: "Here, I'll show you the bathroom. This is my prized possession, a signed poster of the Grateful Dead." -Las Vegas Eyes Witness News

Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi CBS reports "'Ms. Pelosi is a huge Dead fan,' her spokeswoman said." She got them (minus Phil) to play at her party following her swearing-in ceremony.

Political columnist Ann Coulter (what a babe) Quote: "But that is not what Wilson says he found! Thus, his column had the laughably hubristic title, "What I Didn't Find in Africa." (Once I couldn't find my car for hours after a Dead show. I call the experience: "What I Didn't Find in San Francisco.")"

Political columnist Tucker Carlson Tucker interviewed Phil. A sighting at a Dark Star Orchestra show

some of the more probable (?)

I'd see any or all of these as likely inclusions and fitting selections:

Dancin in the Streets

Eyes of the World

Wheel

Not Fade Away

U.S. Blues

Liberty
