    Thanks stuman. I personally thought there was some really grate stuff that came out of 89. "I've stayed in every blue-light cheap hotel. Can't win for tryin. Dust off those rusty strings just one more time. Gonna make em shine."

    Yup, I believe that Jerry noodled it, synapses clicked
    and the rest of the boys followed into 'Hideaway' and it looked like they enjoyed that groove down memory lane, playing those sweet remembrances of tunes past for a little bit, while the band began setting the table for 'Touch'.marye, that must have been a wonderful show to be at, novel beginning and grate ending. The Truth is realized in an instant, the act is practiced step by step.

    a flac disc of this show and the 6-19-89 show plus two other nice shows from that run . I`ll have it out sat. 1-16 .

    Hideaway by Freddie King
    The GD played Hideaway only twice. First time at the Harding Theateron 11-7-71 and then again on 6-21-89 at the Shoreline. Jerry was a BIG Freddie King fan. When watching the beginning of the '89 video, I tend to agree with Stu. They were tuning up, then they seemed just to 'slip' into that song. But you can see by the grins that they enjoyed that little 'romp'. (marye, I had to look it up in the DeadBase XI.) The Truth is realized in an instant, the act is practiced step by step.

    no I don`t think I have those shows but I`ll look , anything can hide inside a hard drive you know . lol . I`ll have this out to you friday 1-15 .

    Shoreline is one of my favorite places. You wouldn't happen to have the 9/30/89 Shoreline show on DVD would you? Or even the flacs? Actually anything from 9/29-10/1 1989 run would be cool.     The persons who put this DVD together are calling tuning "Hideaway" remember when Bobby was kicking his amp .
