    started by richard Winterland October 1974 Hello friends, Today I offer up another vine I hope you all will enjoy. This is a five night stand at Winterland in 1974. It is my understanding that these shows provided the tracks for the live album “Steal Your Face.” With that in mind, let me say this - I already own 'Steal Your Face', both on vinyl and on CD. IMHO, it would show appropriate support for a band that is so generous with their copyrighted material for parties interested in these shows to buy/already own a copy of 'Steal Your Face' as well.     I WILL be converting to *wav*
    Due to some recent good info, thank you, I am going to beconverting to "wav" format when I transfer from DVD's to CD's. So, for any one who was wondering, this WILL be coming to you on CD's in "wav" format.     I was gonna DVD>CD, but leave in flac form
    >Somebody should let Exploratory Data Analysis know that the vine will be deflac'd by free >idea, so he can sign back up. My plan is to unpack the DVD's to CD's, but leave them in flac form, not convert to "wav". I hate compressing music, and don't know if I have the time to commit to conversion. When the DVD to CD unpack occurs, I will let EDA know. in case he wants back in. If I have these terms all mixed up, let me know, this is my present understanding of things.
