It looks like part of the magic here is the provenance of the packaging, seeing the remnants of labels etc. Like the song says, "I've been all around this world". Disc looks a little scuffed but is playing right now. Question now is Who's next?

John Mayall's Bluesbreakers with Eric ClaptonBlues At The Beeb BBC Studios London Recorded Feb 9 1966 Broadcast Feb 12 1966 1. Hideaway 2. Little Girl 3. Parchman Farm 4. Tears In My Eyes John Mayall: harmonica, keyboards, vocals; Eric Clapton: guitar John McVie: bass Hughie Flint: drums Lineage: sbd>?>cdr>eac>flac Comments: On the Feb 9th 1966, John Mayall and the Bluesbreakers recorded four tracks for the BBC radio show Jazz Beat. The show was broadcast three days later on the 12th Feb. These four tracks have never been officially released. I got a few requests from friends to upload the John Mayall's Bluesbreakers "Bluesbreaking" bootleg but I can't do that as most of the material on the boot has been officially released. So what I've done is taken the four unreleased tracks which were recorded for the BBC radio show Jazz Beat, made up some new artwork and uploaded them as a separate bootleg which I've called "Blues at the Beeb". I've placed the old "Bluesbreaking" cover with the rare unpublished photos of Eric with the Bluesbreakers into the artwork folder so you have those too. The Photos: I am informed that the Artwork photographs belonged to Eric Clapton. They were left behind in a London flat when he moved after the formation of Cream. They are now in the possession of an American woman who spent significant time in the UK in 1964 and 1966, while she was a university student. It is thought that she spent the summer of 1964 there and some months in 1966 right after she graduated. Clapton had moved in with a bunch of American "chicks" after he returned from his "Greek Odyssey" (he'd known them since his Yardbird days when they spent the summer of 1964 in London). He left after Cream was formed either during the summer or early autumn. The photographer is unknown. Upped by Sinnerboy74 Artwork by Sinnerboy74 - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Spanish Jam

for being tardy on the turnaround of this vine. My flac-ability (or lack thereof) is showing itself. If I don't have my son's buddy in town to be my helper, I struggle. Enough of my excuses and this one is out to Hal R.
