The only Grateful Dead show in South Carolina ever! And I was there. Pumpkins on stage & opening with Werewolves of London. What a night.
Listening to the stream right now. I was at the show and it was an intense vibe. The usual Halloween festivities were happening. I remember how serious Jerry seemed that night (say compared to 11/2): Ship of Fools, He's Gone, Morning Dew all in the same set.
There were two shows played on 10/31/70 S.U.N.Y. An early show and a late show.
