We knew a guy who worked in a record store with a ticket seller in Lombard, IL and were able to pull 2nd row for both of these Spectrum shows. This night I stayed in my seat the whole night and just checked out the show, which I remember being not great, but good.
This was the first show I saw in 1983 and it turned out to be a busy year for me on the road. I think this was the best year of my touring career, by far.

I turned 25 on this night. Don't remember alot of the show due to chemical and alcohol interference, but I did write down the set list.

City of Brotherly & Sisterly Love
My first time in Philly and this show I would call a stealth show. What I mean by that is overall it was a cool show but does not stick out when compared to others on the tour.It was the last stop on a really wild spring tour and we had settled down considrably. It was the start of me understanding you don't don't have to be high as a kite to enjoy a show , especially when you have seen five already on the current tour.This show featured many songs I had not heard yet on tour, Jack Straw, FOTD , Loser, Brown Eyed Women, and was very happy to hear. China Rider was great. The second set was sweet Terrapin and the post drums was awesome.I am pretty sure the Wheel was better than in NJ.We all wanted to hear GDTRFB, I am pretty sure they did a Around tease before going in Sugar Magnolia,like 8/10/82 another great show, which smoked and then a another killer Satisfation which brought us full circle from Hampton.

My best friend couldnt find his ticket cause he was trippin' and wouldnt buy a 11 dollar scalpers ticket he swore he looked everywhere...it was the first place i looked first slot in his wallet....he was heading for the bus station when i found it for him lol.....
