They loved the windy city
For the most part they loved the windy city or should I say they loved The Uptown Theatre. Soldier field not so much.
The Uptown always rocked.
Loved when they played the Uptown. Understand why they would love it, the acoustics were great. It was an old vaudeville hall and was very 1920's fancy. I lived and worked in the neighborhood and would see them unloading and the like all day. It was so hard to wait for the evening.
This is my all time favorite series of dates, for all the normal reasons and because of the magic in the air.
