    Moms 59th birthday
Sorry Mom, but I was with the Dead instead of with you on your 59th, but you understood! Thanks Mom for always understanding that through the years almost nothing could stop me from getting to the SHOW!Cal Expo was always a good show for many groups, always a good show and a good time there.

The debut of Samba In The Rain, and while the song has been much maligned, myself and everyone around me boogied like we hadn't all show. The whole bad seemed more focused, and the song had definite jam/space potential. R.I.P. Vince
