1st show

My first Dead show....wow..outdoors and the Dead's equip. arrived late so Santana/Lee Michaels and Canned Heat all played first..which was too good to be true. All I can clearly remember was a Morning Dew that went on and on.....love at 1st sight! Also, this show was broadcast live on 106.5 KPRI-FM...and yes, I would love to have a copy if it exisits :-)

2 blks from my home. Sun was shining. It was warm. Blankets on the grass. I had my Yashica 2 1/4 camera set up on a tripod. I have shots throughout the concert. I treasure the ones with GD & Santana jamming together. Fun time ... fun stuff ... fun era. Parts of it I'd like to revisit. The Dead Live On!
