My first Dead Show

It was cold. I remember the band took a break during the second set to let their hands warm up.
When they left the stage for the night I think Bobby said "We'd like to play some more but we can't feel our fingers."

Cold and 'Shrooms

I remember - not far from the entrance gate, (yes, cold and windy that day), I ran into some friends who had one of those big (5 gallons?), yellow Igloo beverage dispensers. They had been down near Bastrop earlier and collected mushrooms. The Igloo had a batch of a "tea" they had brewed up. It was a great show (but I could not have remembered the set list for the life of me)!

Remember the poster for the show? Skull wearing cowboy hat with feathers dangling? Just uploaded/submitted a picture of my copy.
