BG still owes me a rippin' Jack Straw

Missed JS due to the yo-yo's at the doors taking their time letting people in. I remember running thru the halls to get in the arena in time for Loser

Went to this show by myself. I realized prior to this run I hadn't seen the band in the Boston Garden. It was an intimate arena compared to what is there now. Remember the Shawmut Centre was under construction. Anyway, enjoyed Jack Straw, always liked Broken Arrow and pleased to hear Row Jimmy. First That Would Be Something. I love the melody. Days Between was OK. After Throwin Stones started I left, betting NFA and US Blues was to follow. It's the only time I did that. Guess I didn't miss much

You and I both

I went to these shows and was so let down after years of touring in the 80's . My girlfriend and I had front row center tickets to one of these shows 1st time ever that close. Having been to 470 something dead shows not counting JGB these were a let down. Being front row we decided we had seen enough and decided to leave also ,we walked to the top of the Garden nose bleed section and found 2 young Bostonians and gave them our tickets . Never forget the look they gave us....... RRRRR you for real? I said after that we probably made there life that night. We then left the show and drove back home. The band was not the same for me after 1989 once sober.
Now someone might read something into the fact that I said they did not mean much to me anymore. That is true but if you are one who enjoyed this time frame more power to you at least you got experience the scene all though watered down it was still the Grateful Dead.
Just not my cup of tea anymore . Still love and listen to them every day. Good ole Grateful Dead. Ass the tee shirt use to read ..... Life is a bowl of jerry's.

Does anyone have a copy of this show.

I'm currently working on compiling a collection of all my birthday shows. Technically I only have one birthday show 10/2/94 as I wasn't alive until that same date in 1990
Help me to find all the shows from October 2nd throughout the deads history.
