    8/28/88 was surreal
It was my third show, saw the m in 84 at the garden and 87 at Angels Camp. Angels camp had an incredible atmosphere but Eugene took it to another level.

8/28/88 when the bus ran over me.
Was a music major heavy into blues, studying jazz, and loved Robert Cray. the tix were a B-Day present. Robert of coarse was great and Jimi was so much fun! Then this hippy band came on that I knew of and my body danced on it's own and I sang words to the music I didn't know yet.

Truly a great concert. Robert Cray, a Tacoma native rocked the stadium. The Dead were amazing and sounded as good as ever. A huge plus is that I ran into my college roommate in the bathroom after not seeing him for about 5 or 6 years. The last time I saw him I ran into him at the Dead show at the Seattle coliseum. A cosmic experience!

Top eight. Jimmy Cliff raged. Robert Cray, his band, and his friends tore it up. The Dead were the icing. By far one of the top eight-8/28/1988....888888
