My friends went to a show the previous night in Santa Barbara and had bad seats behind a pillar. Anyone who didn't like their seats could go to Bakersfield & get in free. The venue held about 5000, they sold 2000. It was a very rainy night and they had 1 real Bakersfield police officer per 100 people. This was the only show I was afraid to fire up in. Bakersfield - the heart of California redneck country. It was a good show anyhow.
